📍 Location: Dubai Investment Park 1, Dubai, UAE

💰 Salary: AED 2,500 per month

🗓 Duration: 3 Months

📄 Visa Requirement: Candidates must have their own valid UAE visa.

We are looking for a *Talent Acquisition Intern* to join our Recruitment Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment and HR and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, multinational logistics and technology company.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Support end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.

* Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

* Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

* Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

* Prepare recruitment reports and ensure accurate documentation.

* Assist with onboarding and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.

* Perform general administrative tasks related to recruitment.

* Requirements

* Must hold a valid UAE own visa (Student, Family, Golden Visa, etc.).

* Available to work Monday to Friday.

* Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate in Urdu and Hindi.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

* Eager to learn, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

* Previous internship or recruitment experience is an advantage but not required.
