โ Handle customer escalations and service-related concerns professionally
โ Investigate complaints and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution
โ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue closure
โ Work closely with Customer Service, Technicians, and Operations teams
โ Manage and resolve negative Google review escalations
โ Identify recurring issues and support service improvement initiatives
