π’ *URGENT HIRING β Accountant Manager*
π Location: Dubai, UAE
We are hiring an experienced *Accountant Manager* to oversee and manage all accounting operations for our company. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, extensive UAE experience, and the ability to supervise the full spectrum of accounting functions.
π§ Key Responsibilities
β’ Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting. β’ Provide training, guidance, and continuous support to all accounting staff to ensure high performance and accuracy. β’ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. β’ Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT filing, and audit requirements. β’ Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. β’ Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial documentation. β’ Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. β’ Implement and improve accounting systems, policies, and procedures. β’ Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management. β’ Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions. β’ Utilize advanced Excel skills and accounting software to streamline reporting and operations.
π Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA preferred). β’ Minimum 10 years of accounting experience in the UAE. β’ Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, financial regulations, and audit processes. β’ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. β’ Must be excellent in Excel and accounting software. β’ Must be available in Dubai and able to join immediately.
