Zanaya Shipping Services LLC is hiring an experienced Export Operations Executive with strong hands-on knowledge in container bookings, freight quotation management, and export documentation.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

* Arrange container bookings with shipping lines and agents

* Request, analyze, and compare freight quotes from service providers

* Prepare and verify export documents (SI, BL, ED, etc.)

* Coordinate with clients, carriers, and customs authorities

* Track shipments and ensure timely delivery

* Maintain shipment records and basic operational reports

📌 Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics

* Strong knowledge of export/import procedures and Incoterms

* Proficient in MS Office and logistics software

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines
