Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with experience in the insurance industry to manage customer interactions, support policy-related queries, and assist in claims processing while ensuring compliance with AML regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
👉 Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
👉 Support customers with policy information, renewals, endorsements, and claims status updates.
👉 Process and coordinate insurance claims documentation and follow-ups.
👉 Perform AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
👉 Verify customer documents and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
👉 Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and compliance teams for issue resolution.
👉 Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
👉 Escalate complex cases and complaints when necessary.
