Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Support the Capability Development Section by identifying training and development needs based on business requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date training records in accordance with agreed standards.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory; PG Diploma or PG Degree is preferred.
• Relevant professional certification (Train the Trainer) is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent instructional abilities.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering training programs.
• Preferred candidates should be available for immediate joining (Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa, or Notice Period).
• 5–7 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
