Are you passionate about helping people and working in a global environment? Join our team as a Customer Support Representative and be part of an international travel marketplace!

You’ll support travelers and tour guides worldwide, helping create seamless and memorable travel experiences—all from the comfort of your home.

🌍 What You’ll Do:

-Provide customer support via email to travelers and tour guides

-Assist in resolving inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience

-Support onboarding of tour guides and help improve tour quality

-Conduct interviews and help recruit global partners

✅ What We’re Looking For:

-Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

-Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally via email

-Detail-oriented and organized

-Customer service experience is a plus

💼 Work Setup:

-100% Remote (Work from home)

-8 hours/day, 5 days/week

-Work with an international team
