We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and able to handle office tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle filing, photocopying, and document management
Answer phone calls and assist with emails and correspondence
Perform data entry and maintain office records
Manage office supplies and support day-to-day administrative tasks
Assist staff with general office coordination and scheduling
Requirements:
Previous office or administrative experience is preferred
Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office
Good communication and organizational skills
Professional attitude and ability to multitask
Immediate joiners preferred
