*Key Responsibilities:*


*πŸ‘₯ Human Resources*

β€’ Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, leave, payroll documentation, and End of Service Benefits (EOSB)

β€’ Handle employment visas, labour permits, Emirates ID applications, and other PRO-related activities

β€’ Manage payroll, attendance, leave records, WPS compliance, and HR reporting

β€’ Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and internal procedures


*🏒 Administration & Office Management*

β€’ Manage daily office operations and administration

β€’ Monitor licenses, permits, insurance policies, vehicle registrations, and contract renewals

β€’ Handle procurement, supplier coordination, inventory, document control, and office facilities

β€’ Maintain statutory records, trade licenses, tenancy contracts, establishment cards, and insurance renewals

β€’ Provide administrative support to Management and the Finance Department


*🚚 Logistics Administration*

β€’ Manage import documentation, customs documentation, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination

β€’ Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, and sales teams to ensure smooth logistics operations


*Requirements:*

βœ… Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law (Mandatory)

*βœ… Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in HR & Administration*

*βœ… Hands-on experience with Zoho Payroll (Mandatory), Zoho People, Zoho CRM & Zoho Mail*

βœ… Knowledge of PRO processes, logistics, import documentation, customs procedures, and shipment coordination

βœ… Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)

βœ… Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills

βœ… Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work independently
