Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes

• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests professionally

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain guest satisfaction

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations

• Manage front desk transactions accurately

• Uphold hotel standards and brand image at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel front office or customer service preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to work flexible shifts

• Currently available in UAE preferred
