Mark & Save (Western International Group) is looking for an energetic and organized Talent Acquisition Partner to manage large-scale recruitment and sourcing activities.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage volume hiring across regions
β’ Design and post job advertisements
β’ Source candidates via job portals & social media
β’ Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
β’ Coordinate with hiring managers
β’ Handle end-to-end recruitment process
β’ Maintain candidate database & reports
πΉ Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in HR or related field
β’ 1β3 years of HR/recruitment experience
β’ Strong communication & organizational skills
β’ Knowledge of labor laws & HR practices
β’ Ability to handle confidential information
