Salary: AED 3,500 – 5,500 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Chef Operator to join a food hall in Motor City, Dubai. The ideal candidate should be highly active, energetic, and capable of handling end-to-end outlet operations, including customer service, food preparation, order management, and contributing new product and menu ideas to help grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take customer orders efficiently and professionally.

- Prepare and assemble food orders as per standards.

- Serve and deliver completed orders to customers.

- Manage counter operations and customer interactions.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day outlet operations.

- Handle multiple tasks and work independently when required.

- Contribute new product ideas and new menu ideas to improve the food hall offering.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a restaurant, café, food hall, or similar environment.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to manage both kitchen and counter responsibilities.

- Energetic, active, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

- Creative mindset with the ability to suggest new product and menu ideas.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
