Apple not Sending SMS to my numbers, How to solve

Recently I removed number from my iCloud apple account. Now After logging out I am locked.

While logging in. Apple does not verification code to those which are there. It says "can't send verification code to this number, try again later".

Due to this I am locked. Neither I have another way to login. My device is also not working. I can't login through browser.

I tried contacting apple but they told me to initiate account recovery. If I do that its gonna take weeks for apple to recover my account. The thing is I have access to those numbers which are there but apple is not sending SMS.

Does anyone know how to sort out this?
