Roles & Responsibilities:
βοΈ Act as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and support
βοΈ Build and maintain strong tenant relationships
βοΈ Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Security, Marketing, and Housekeeping teams
βοΈ Assist with tenant documentation, permits, and operational requirements
βοΈ Monitor compliance with mall policies and guidelines
βοΈ Conduct tenant visits and collect feedback
βοΈ Maintain records of tenant requests and resolutions
βοΈ Support store onboarding and handover processes
βοΈ Assist with mall events, promotions, and tenant engagement activities
βοΈ Prepare tenant-related reports and updates
Requirements:
β’ Previous mall, retail, or customer service experience preferred
β’ Strong communication and customer service skills
β’ Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
β’ Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
β’ Must be currently in UAE
β’ Cancelled visa or visit visa preferred
