🚨 We’re Hiring – Customer Service Representative (Mall - DUBAI) | UAE 🚨

📍 Location: UAE

💰 Salary: AED 3500 - 4,000

🕒 Duty Hours: 9 Hours

📅 Weekly Off: 1 Day

Roles & Responsibilities:

✔️ Act as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and support

✔️ Build and maintain strong tenant relationships

✔️ Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Security, Marketing, and Housekeeping teams

✔️ Assist with tenant documentation, permits, and operational requirements

✔️ Monitor compliance with mall policies and guidelines

✔️ Conduct tenant visits and collect feedback

✔️ Maintain records of tenant requests and resolutions

✔️ Support store onboarding and handover processes

✔️ Assist with mall events, promotions, and tenant engagement activities

✔️ Prepare tenant-related reports and updates

Requirements:

• Previous mall, retail, or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments

• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Must be currently in UAE

• Cancelled visa or visit visa preferred
