We are looking for a professional and motivated Female Customer Support Staff Member to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Confirming orders with customers.

2. Updating order statuses accurately in the order management sheet.

3. Coordinating delivery updates with delivery personnel.

4. Following up with customers regarding their orders and delivery status.

5. Coordinating with the internal team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

6. Providing regular updates and maintaining accurate records.

Job Details:

Salary: AED 2,000–2,500 per month

Visa Requirement: Candidate must have their own visa

Working Hours:

12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Languages Required: Arabic and English
