HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Salary: AED 4000 to 6000 (Depending on Experience)
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
• Manage employee files, passports, Emirates IDs, and visa documents.
• Coordinate visa issuance, renewals, medical tests, and Emirates ID processing.
• Maintain attendance and timesheets.
• Track leave requests and support joining and exit formalities.
• Assist payroll by providing accurate employee data.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle employee requests and documentation.
Recruitment Support
• Arrange interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and follow up on required documents.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and PRO.
• Update management on hiring progress and status.
Administrative Tasks
• Manage internal communication and document filing.
• Coordinate with departments on daily operational requirements.
• Handle LPOs, quotations, and vendor follow-up.
• Assist in vehicle management, including renewals, passing, insurance, and servicing.
• Maintain office documents and resource inventory.
PRO / Government Coordination
• Follow up on visa typing, quotas, and labor approvals.
• Maintain trackers for visa, passport, and license expiries.
Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR and administration reports.
• Update management on interview status, renewals, leave records, and employee movements.
• Ensure CRM and HRMS systems are updated accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
