✈️ *Willingness to Travel Across UAE Branches - Mandatory*

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations of multiple branches across the UAE

• Coordinate with mall management, landlords, and regulatory authorities

• Manage licensing, permits, and compliance requirements

• Oversee fit-out projects, branch openings, renovations, and maintenance activities

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders

• Ensure smooth operational and administrative processes across all branches

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in Retail Operations, Branch Administration, Fit-Out Coordination, or Facilities Management

✅ Experience managing multiple branches within Retail, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Service-based industries

✅ Hands-on experience with Mall Management, Landlords, Licensing, Permits & Regulatory Compliance

✅ Knowledge of Fit-Out Projects, Branch Openings, Renovations & Vendor Coordination

✅ Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office

✅ Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

✅ Willing to travel across UAE branches
