✅ Requirements:

- 4–5 years of FMCG or soft drinks sales experience, ideally in a supervisory role

- Ability to meet monthly and quarterly targets for volume, distribution, and coverage

- Strong people-management and customer-relationship skills

- Capable of guiding and motivating sales executives through market visits and route rides

- Ensure proper use of cold drink equipment and on-ground visibility
