MH Enterprises LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Finance Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a strong background in finance, proficiency in Excel, and experience with UAE VAT regulations, we want to hear from you.

Job Overview:

Company: MH Enterprises LLC

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary Range: AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage tax invoices for e-commerce accounts in full compliance with UAE VAT regulations.

- Reconcile sales, payments, and deductions between e-commerce platform statements and MH internal financial records.

- Process financial transactions accurately through the MH internal PAF system.

- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, promotions, returns, and payment failures.

- Collaborate closely with finance, logistics, and sales teams, as well as external platform partners, to ensure accurate order processing and invoicing.

- Maintain meticulous records and prepare regular financial reconciliation reports for management review.

Key Requirements and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).

- Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce finance or a similar accounting role is highly preferred.

- Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and invoicing standards.
