We're Hiring: Customer Relations & Sales Executive– Mr. Fixer Home Maintenance Services LLC

Mr. Fixer Home Maintenance Services LLC is expanding, and we're looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Sales & Customer Relations Executive to join our team!

💡 This is NOT a cold-calling role. You'll be handling warm, inbound enquiries from Google Ads, SEO, WhatsApp, and referrals — turning genuine interest into confirmed bookings.

What You'll Do:

✅ Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email & social media

✅ Understand customer needs and recommend the right home maintenance solutions

✅ Prepare quotations and follow up to close deals

✅ Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business & referrals

✅ Upsell AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) & value-added services

✅ Coordinate with Operations for scheduling & job execution

✅ Maintain CRM records, reports & follow-up trackers

What We're Looking For:

🎓 Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

💼 1–4 years UAE experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development

🏠 Experience in Home Maintenance, FM, Fit-Out, Real Estate, or Hospitality is a plus

🗣️ Excellent spoken & written English

💻 Proficient in MS Office & CRM software

🤝 Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills

⚡ Organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
