Customer Service Representative (Female) – Urdu Speaker

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Salary: Rs. 90,000 – Rs. 120,000 per month

Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Midnight)


About the Role

We are looking for a confident and professional Female Customer Service Representative to join our team in Islamabad. This is a front-line role where you will be the voice of our client’s brand. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every caller.


This is an entry-level role. We are open to freshers who have the right attitude, a professional demeanor, and a strong command of the Urdu language. We believe in training the right person, so if you are a quick learner, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a positive and helpful attitude.
  2. Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions.
  3. Maintain a professional tone and clear communication in Urdu (and basic English where needed).
  4. Document customer interactions and update records in our system.
  5. Meet daily performance targets and quality standards.


What We Are Looking For (Requirements)


  1. Education: Minimum High School or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
  2. Language: Fluent and professional-level speaking skills in Urdu.
  3. Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Prior call center experience is not required.
  4. Personality: A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle pressure with grace.
  5. Presentation: A good, neat personality is required.
  6. Dress Code: Professional dressing is strictly required at all times.
  7. Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy is preferred.
