Vent Cool Air Conditioning Trading LLC is looking for an experienced and reliable General Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai.

We are particularly interested in Filipino female candidates with solid UAE accounting experience and a strong understanding of accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax requirements in the UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Prepare journal entries, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.

- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper bank records.

- Manage customer and supplier accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.

- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.

- Prepare financial reports and accounting schedules.

- Prepare and maintain records for UAE VAT compliance.

- Assist with UAE Corporate Tax calculations and compliance.

- Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documents.

- Maintain proper filing and supporting documentation.

- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and UAE regulations.

- Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.

🔹 Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience.

- Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.

- Strong understanding of general accounting principles.

- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Good communication skills in English.

- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Filipino female candidates are preferred.

- Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
