MR Fixer Home Maintenance is looking for a skilled, responsible, and detail-oriented Site Inspector.

If you have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in property or home maintenance, we would love to hear from you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections for residential and commercial properties.

• Assess maintenance and repair requirements, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and civil works.

• Identify technical issues, defects, and potential safety hazards.

• Prepare detailed inspection reports with photographs, measurements, and recommendations.

• Support the estimation team by providing accurate information for quotations.

• Coordinate with customers, technicians, and the operations team.

• Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and applicable UAE requirements.

✅ Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Maintenance, or a related technical field is preferred.

• Previous experience in home maintenance, facilities management, property maintenance, or site inspections.

• Good technical knowledge of general maintenance services.

• Strong communication, reporting, and customer service skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Dubai's property maintenance market is a plus.
