Open Positions & Requirements:

Management

1. Manager & Assistant Manager (5 Vacancies) – Relevant experience with any leading Kerala cuisine restaurant required.

Kitchen & Food Preparation

1. Main Cook (10 Vacancies) – Experienced master cook with minimum 5 to 6 years of Kerala cuisine experience, including Biriyani, Meals, and other dishes.
2. North Indian A La Carte Cook (5 Vacancies) – Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
3. South Indian A La Carte Cook (5 Vacancies) – Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
4. South Indian Cook (5 Vacancies) – Experienced cook in a similar role within a non-veg restaurant.
5. North Indian Chaat Maker (5 Vacancies) – Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience required.
6. Shawarma Maker (10 Vacancies) – Prior experience in UAE or GCC required. Should also be a skilled grill master.
7. Porotta / Dosa Maker (10 Vacancies) – Experienced in preparing large quantities of Porotta.
8. Rotti & Chapatti Maker (5 Vacancies) – Experience in a similar role in India or GCC.
9. Snacks Maker (8 Vacancies) – Should have solid experience preparing a variety of Kerala evening snacks.
10. Sweet Maker (5 Vacancies) – Prior experience in preparing North Indian sweets required.
11. Tea Maker (10 Vacancies) – Experience in similar role including Karak and Samovar.
12. Juice & Sandwich Maker (10 Vacancies) – Experienced candidates required.
13. Charcoal Maker (10 Vacancies) – Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
14. Nikkaalah (10 Vacancies) – Experienced in a similar role within a restaurant setting.
15. Cutting Helper – Minimum 1 to 2 years working in a restaurant.
16. Kitchen Helper (10 Vacancies) – Minimum 1 to 2 years of restaurant experience.

Front of House & Service

1. Waiter (20 Vacancies) – Prior experience in an Indian casual dining restaurant. Fresh Hotel Management graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Captain (8 Vacancies) – Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Captain in a restaurant.
3. Cashier (10 Vacancies) – Fresh graduates welcome. Candidates with minimum 2 years of cashier experience in a restaurant will be preferred.
4. Telephone Attender (8 Vacancies) – Prior experience as a telephone order taker in a restaurant required.
5. Table Cleaner (5 Vacancies) – Freshers can apply.
6. Dishwasher (8 Vacancies) – Freshers can apply.

Logistics & Delivery

1. Car Driver (5 Vacancies) – Valid UAE 4-wheel driving license with minimum 2 years of UAE driving experience.
2. Delivery Boy – Bike (10 Vacancies) – Valid UAE bike license required.
