URGENT HIRING – Technical Sales Support Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: Heavy Machinery & Equipment Trading

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Sales & Support Engineer who can manage customer inquiries, sales coordination, purchase follow-ups, warranty handling, and all documentation related to heavy machinery and construction equipment spare parts. The role requires strong technical knowledge of equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, wheel loaders, skid loaders, jackhammers, breakers, and related hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and handle customer inquiries

• Recommend suitable machinery or spare parts based on client requirements

• Prepare technical presentations and product specification sheets

• Manage quotations, follow-ups, order confirmations, and client communication

• Coordinate purchases with suppliers and track shipments

• Maintain warranty records, service logs, and claim documentation

• Organize technical data sheets, catalogues, and product documentation

• Maintain accurate sales, purchase, and inventory records

• Support management with reports, presentations, and proposals

• Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service

• Collaborate with technical and logistics teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy machinery, construction equipment, or spare parts

*• Fluent in English and Arabic (required)*

• Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment systems and spare parts cataloguing

• Must be currently available in Dubai, UAE or willing to relocate to UAE

• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
