ALFIRAS GENERAL CONTRACTING is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

🔍 Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field

✔ 5–6 years of UAE experience in payroll administration (construction industry preferred)

✔ Proven experience handling payroll for 3,000+ employees (labour & staff categories)

✔ Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, payroll compliance, and employee benefits administration

✔ Solid understanding of overtime calculations, leave management, EOSB, and final settlements

✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume payroll processing

📌 Key Exposure:

• WPS salary processing and compliance

• Large-scale payroll operations (3000+ workforce)

• Attendance, overtime, and timesheet validation

• End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB) and final settlements

• Payroll reconciliation and reporting
