We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor/Estimator - PRE-CONTRACT with a passion for the interior fit-out industry to join our growing team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 1 year of experience to work on high-end commercial and residential projects.

WHAT WE WANT

- Minimum 1 year of experience in PRE-CONTRACT specifically within the Interior Fit-Out sector.

-Education: Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

-Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

-Added Advantage: Hands-on knowledge of PlanSwift or Bluebeam will be highly regarded.

-Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively with project managers and site teams.
