We are looking for a Quality Controller who is passionate about maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring compliance throughout the manufacturing process.
📍 Position: Quality Controller
💰 Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform incoming quality inspection of raw materials, packing materials, and chemicals.
* Conduct in-process quality inspections during production.
* Inspect finished goods before dispatch to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
* Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to approved specifications and procedures.
* Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained in production and warehouse areas.
* Verify compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), hygiene protocols, and safety procedures.
* Ensure production processes comply with ISO standards and the company’s Quality Management System.
* Conduct routine line inspections and identify quality-related issues.
* Coordinate with the Production team to resolve quality concerns promptly.
* Maintain accurate QC records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
* Monitor product appearance, sealing quality, batch coding, labeling, weight, fragrance, moisture level, and overall product quality.
* Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
* Assist during internal and external quality audits.
* Report non-conformances and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Requirements:
* Experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred.
* Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and quality management systems.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
* Good communication and documentation skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
