Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500

We are looking for a skilled Grill Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in grilling a variety of meats and preparing flavorful marinades, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and marinate chicken, meat, and other grill items.

- Grill food to the highest quality and presentation standards.

- Ensure proper seasoning, cooking temperatures, and portion control.

- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen.

- Assist with stock management and kitchen preparation.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Grill Chef.

- Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and meat marination.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to details.
