📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

💰 Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 7,000

We are looking for a proactive HR professional who can drive talent acquisition strategy while ensuring smooth execution of PRO and compliance activities as per UAE regulations.

*🔹 Key Responsibilities:*

• Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, medicals)

• Handle payroll coordination, leave management & employee records

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, WPS & company policies

• Manage PRO activities (visa processing, labor cards, Emirates ID, approvals – MOHRE, Immigration, Tasheel, Amer, Trustee, Land Dept.)

• Oversee contracts & employee lifecycle process

• Build talent pipeline & improve employer branding

• Maintain HR systems & documentation

• Support HR strategies & workplace culture initiatives

*🔹 Requirements:*

• Minimum 2+ years experience in HR/HR & PRO roles

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws & government procedures

• Age: 30 – 45 years

• Nationality: Indian

• Strong communication, decision-making & negotiation skills

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

• Multilingual preferred (Arabic is a plus)
