Experience Required: 1–2 years in recruitment (Real Estate industry preferred)
Hiring a proactive and dynamic to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hiring for the real estate sector and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups)
-Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
-Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
-Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
-Conduct initial HR screening and shortlisting of candidates
-Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication
-Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
Requirements:
-1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
-Mandatory experience in real estate recruitment
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
-Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
-Good organizational and coordination skills
Preferred Criteria:
-Candidates currently based in the UAE will be preferred
-Male candidates preferred
