Hiring: Operation Officer, Male – Abu Dhabi, UAE

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operation Officer with 2–3 years of UAE experience in HR/manpower operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employees (labors, drivers, operators)

• Handle employee records, attendance & leave tracking

• Coordinate visa/work permit processing with HR/PRO

• Support payroll by collecting timesheets

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries

• Ensure smooth communication with clients & staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR/Business or related)

• UAE experience in manpower industry preferred

• Strong English communication + Urdu/Hindi

• Proficiency in MS Office
