Customer service Officer for leading local bank of UAE

We are hiring Customer service Officer for a leading local bank of UAE for Dubai and Sharjah location.

Ideal candidate must have customer service/sales experience with good communication skills.

Role is based in Malls in Dubai and Sharjah for the banks digital setup

Work timings & schedules – candidate should have no objection working in shift (morning-10AM to 04PM or afternoon-4PM to 10PM) & on Sunday, One day off – 6 days per week. ( the off will not be Sundays)

Candidate must have job stability, at least 2 years in same company

Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder ( with related experience, or fresh graduates)

Location: Sharjah and Dubai

Products : All Retail banking banking products

Salary upto AED 7000 K + incentives +benefits

Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic preferred
