Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our car showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, in addition to greeting and assisting customers visiting the showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
-Direct customers to the appropriate department or sales representative.
-Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, answering phone calls, and managing emails.
-Maintain organized records and assist in document preparation.
-Support the sales and management teams with daily administrative tasks.
-Ensure the reception area and customer waiting area are always tidy and presentable.
Requirements:
-1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role (preferably in the automotive or retail industry).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Professional appearance and attitude.
-Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
