Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500

We are hiring a skilled Bread Maker to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing a variety of artisan and healthy breads, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring consistency in production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads and bakery products.

- Mix, knead, proof, and bake dough according to recipes.

- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.

- Ensure product quality and consistency.

- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bread Maker or Baker.

- Knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques.

- Experience with healthy, gluten-free, or keto baking is an advantage.
