I’m currently working with a well-established organisation in the medical space looking for a hands-on Field Engineer to support users across Greater Sydney.
This role is a great mix of onsite and remote support, with a strong focus on hardware, troubleshooting, and delivering a high-quality end-user experience.
What you’ll be doing:
🔧 Onsite & remote IT support across BAU issues
💻 Hardware installs, rollouts & troubleshooting
👩⚕️ Supporting clinical and corporate users
🎫 Managing tickets, walk-ups, and user requests
What we’re looking for:
🚗 Valid driver’s licence & own car (essential)
🧠 Strong Level 1/2 IT support experience
🛠️ Hands-on hardware experience
📍 Comfortable travelling across Greater Sydney + occasional regional travel
