We are currently looking for an experienced and result-driven Technical Manager to join our growing team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Joinery/project management and the ability to lead technical teams to successfully deliver projects with high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the technical team and site operations
• Oversee project planning, execution, and completion
• Review and approve technical submissions and shop drawings
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure quality control, safety, and risk management
• Prepare technical reports and presentations
💼 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Joinery / Fitout projects
• Proven experience in a Technical Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in
the UAE
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
💻 Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
• Strong understanding of technical documentation and processes
