We are currently looking for an experienced and result-driven Technical Manager to join our growing team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Joinery/project management and the ability to lead technical teams to successfully deliver projects with high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead and manage the technical team and site operations
β’ Oversee project planning, execution, and completion
β’ Review and approve technical submissions and shop drawings
β’ Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
β’ Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges
β’ Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
β’ Ensure quality control, safety, and risk management
β’ Prepare technical reports and presentations
πΌ Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
β’ Minimum 6+ years of experience in Joinery / Fitout projects
β’ Proven experience in a Technical Manager or similar role
β’ Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in
the UAE
β’ Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

β’ Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
β’ Strong understanding of technical documentation and processes
