Facebook payout account disabled after minor address mismatch

Not sure how meta is handling customers these days. I want to raise this problem.

yesterday. I was trying to register my payout account for App monetization. I submitted all information then waiting for verification. And Bump. i received email. Your account payout account is disabled for unusual activity.

Now there is no way to correct, no way to get in touch with meta support agent, all i have to deal with Ai agents. Which keeps rejecting my requests. Basically u are locked in the loop. This is unfair. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue or get me in touch with meta staff? This is so frustrating.
