π JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage daily office coordination and administrative tasks
- Handle data entry, documentation, and record maintenance
- Prepare reports and coordinate with internal teams
- Update and maintain records in ERP system accurately
- Enter, verify, and process data within ERP modules
- Support inventory and stock updates through WMS
- Monitor stock movements and generate ERP/WMS reports
- Ensure data consistency and support basic system troubleshooting

β REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate (minimum)
- At least 2 years experience in a relevant field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Experience in ERP/WMS systems preferred
