Sharing my best experience with AE Power

I bought 3 batteries from AE Power back in 2023. One Pylontech UP5000 & 2 US 2000.

One of the UP battery after an year start beeping frequently in Winters. I called, AE power. Without much of the hassle, or asking too many questions they replaced the battery.

Then now in 2026 mid. My batteries got some issues which was mainly the fault of installer nor batteries. Due to which the batteries got issues. I am not saying pylontech is bad. But if you install it wrongly. Then any battery can get issues.

After talking with them and sharing my problem. They replaced all batteries. All of 3. Which was having OV. With new UF 2 batteries.

So if anyone want to buy anything. I would recommend AE power. Their customer service is outstanding. I highly thank them. If anyone wants proof how they helped I can obviously share.
