Technical Sales Support Engineer

We are hiring a Technical Sales & Support Engineer for one of our sister companies. The candidate will manage customer inquiries, sales coordination, purchase follow‑ups, warranty handling, and all related documentation for heavy machinery and construction equipment spare parts. The ideal applicant must be able to prepare technical presentations, explain product specifications to clients, and maintain accurate records across sales, service, and procurement.

This position requires strong technical knowledge of construction machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, wheel loaders, skid loaders, jackhammers, and related equipment and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, provide technical guidance, and recommend suitable machinery or spare parts.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product specifications, and comparison sheets.

• Manage sales processes including quotations, follow‑ups, order confirmations, and client communication.

• Coordinate purchases with suppliers, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain warranty records, service logs, and claim documentation.

• Prepare and organize technical data sheets, catalogues, and product documentation.

• Maintain accurate sales, purchase, and inventory records.

• Support management with reports, presentations, and client proposals.

• Build strong client relationships and ensure high‑quality customer service.

• Work closely with technical and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy machinery, construction equipment, or spare parts.

• Fluent in English and Arabic.

• Strong technical knowledge of:

Bulldozers, excavators, wheel loaders, skid loaders, jackhammers, breakers, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, spare parts identification and cataloguing

• Must be available in the UAE

• Immediate joiners or short‑notice candidates preferred
