Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation

- Employee records, attendance, and leave management

- UAE Labour Law compliance

- Performance management and HR Policies

- Office administration and vendor coordination

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years as HR & Recruiter in Dubai

- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law

- Good communication skills in English

- Proficient in MS Office
